Microsoft Outlook 2000 (or Outlook Express) is a
messaging and personal information management program. It centralizes
many of the everyday tools and activities that are performed to keep a
business or someone’s personal life in order. Outlook may be used with
or without e-mail capability. There are two key concepts that are
important to know when working with Outlook. First, Outlook collects
and processes a variety of information such as e-mail messages,
appointments, name and address information (contacts), tasks, and
notes. Secondly, Outlook uses folders to organize items by type.
